Tammy Hart is a UK property investor and co-founder of Brick & Beam, working across refurbishments, HMOs, listed buildings, and supported housing projects. After a fast and sometimes chaotic few years in property, Tammy is now focused on building stronger systems and long-term strategies that prioritise sustainability, compliance, and purpose. Known for her honest, relatable approach, she openly shares the lessons learned along the way while building a portfolio with the long-term goal of funding an animal sanctuary.
Aidas Grubliauskas
Aidas Grubliauskas is a multi-award-winning property developer and co-founder of Big Property Group, specialising in high-quality HMO development across the West Midlands. Since starting in property at the age of 24, Aidas has personally designed and built out over 100 HMO rooms, combining intelligent space planning, practical layouts, and strong commercial performance. Known for his hands-on approach, he has overseen projects from initial concept through to construction and long-term operation, consistently raising standards in shared accommodation for working professionals. In addition to HMOs, Aidas has investments across short-term lets, social housing, and new-build developments, and is passionate about delivering well-designed, efficient, and sustainable property projects that balance tenant experience with strong investment fundamentals.
