Ian Walmsley
Ian Walmsley is a UK-based property developer and planning specialist with a deep focus on planning strategy and permitted development opportunities. A third-generation developer, he has been involved in property development full time since 2013 and has delivered projects including new-build housing, commercial conversions, and site regeneration schemes. Known for his extensive knowledge of planning rules and development potential, Ian regularly advises developers and investors on navigating planning permissions and unlocking value in property projects.
Joe Lane
Joe Lane is a UK-based mortgage broker, property investor, and founder of Mortgage Lane, a brokerage specialising in finance solutions for property investors and developers.
